About Ghost
Meet your best friend, for life!
Kind, hilarious, goofy, intelligent, emotional, big softy, playful, potential for great things.. just a few words his long-term carer uses to describe him. He has been spending alot of time with his carer learning life is safe and unconditional love is the medicine to all things!!
He loves cuddles, playing zoomies with his carer chasing each other around the house, playing the hose game in the back yard chasing the water, sleeping under the doona cover each night and will do a little cry until you let him under ( way too cute ).
He is very in tune with the emotions of humans and cares deeply, knowing when you might be having a tough day and coming to comfort you and watching out for your needs. He needs an experienced forever home that are willing to continue his training with patience and unconditional love. His carer has not trialled him near any other dogs as he is quite reactive when seeing other dogs on walks, he has been around older quiet kids and enjoyed their company for short periods. He loves people and just wants to cuddle and play, but needs calm introductions to new people so he doesn’t feel overwhelmed. Fully toilet trained wakes carer if he needs the toilet in the night ( rarely ), sleeps in their bed every night and is an inside doggo.
He is such an intelligent boy and since being fostered has learned some tricks such as; sit, stay, around ( spin ), touch ( touches his nose to hand ) which has been very good for his learning development. His forever home will need to continue with this sort of training as he really thrives from this time together and learning new things is great for his mental stimulation.
Things he struggles with that you will need to continue to help him work on; Pulling when walking, reactivity to other dogs, his carer muzzles him when outside of the house just in case for the safety of other dogs and himself, car rides he gets quite anxious but with time and more exposure he will learn and get better at this.

- Dog savvy kids
- Owner to be home a fair bit to spend time with him as he can’t have another animal friend
