About Bud
Re-Introducing Bud!
Bud originally came into us as a very skinny unmicrochipped stray and no one came forward to claim him.
In September last year Bud was transferred to Pound To Pampered for rehoming. Due to family illness, this rescue is struggling to stay afloat, so we are helping them in trying to find Bud a new, loving home.
Bud's foster carer has said;
"Bud is an absolutely beautiful boy. He's no longer a lanky/skinny, he's now a fatty.
He's incredibly gentle and loves human attention & affection. He's been socialised with kids & other dogs and he's great on lead. He's shown no aggression whatsoever and he loves to eat his breakfast with our other foster dog Maxine."
Bud is a Kelpie x (maybe Staffy?) born approx 25th September 2023.
While with us Bud has showed himself to be a very friendly but timid boy.
Bud would be suitable to live with other dogs, or he can be a spoilt "only child". If you have a friendly dog at home we will need to do a meet & greet with them to ensure they get along before going home.
Bud has shown no signs of separation anxiety or food aggression.
He still has so much to learn about the world and would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family. Bud will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Bud's adoption fee is $500 and includes his desexing and lifetime registration.
Bud is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.
To enquire more or to meet Bud, please call 0419 908 315 or email poundtopampered@gmail.com and speak to one of their friendly staff.
We at CCACF are just advertising him on behalf of Pound to Pampered, he is not one of our dogs.
Bud is currently located in the Grafton area.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
