About Widgey
Hi! My name is Widgey, or “ears” as my foster mum has nicknamed me - I’m sure you can see why!
I would love a home on a farm or a small acerage/hobby farm somewhere. I love to follow my foster mum and my doggy siblings around the farm and help with all the jobs. I go out to run with the horses when they are ridden too!
Widgey is not suited to a suburban backyard or being a weekend pet.

I’m very interested in the chooks and the cattle that I’ve seen. Although I’m too little to work at the moment, I think I would like a job in my new home. I’m very intelligent, and will needs lots of training and both mental and physical stimulation in my new home to keep me happy.
I am a super smart and confident little puppy. I am very brave and outgoing when it comes to everyday life. I’m very energetic and am a healthy, active puppy.
I love to run and play with my doggy siblings, you’ll usually catch me starting a game of tug-o-war somewhere. I love the water and I love to swim, but mostly I enjoy following my foster mum around and being a part of day to day life.
I have learnt some basic manners so far. I’ve learnt to sit, stay and wait for my dinner bowl. I have an excelled off lead recall, I can be all the way at the bottom of the paddock and as soon as I hear a whistle I come running! I’m also working on my loose leash walking.
If you are looking for a pup that’s fun, energetic and a little bit cheeky - I’m your girl!
I look forward to meeting you.
Love and licks,
Widgey
