Pollyanna is a sweet and spirited Jack Russell x Fox Terrier with a heart full of love and courage. She’s looking for her forever home after her elderly owner passed away, leaving her world turned upside down. Despite her past, Pollyanna’s resilience shines through, and she’s proving to be a brave little explorer as she learns about the big, wide world for the very first time.

Pollyanna lived her early years indoors, so every walk, blade of grass, and passing car is a brand-new adventure. While she can be a little nervous at first, her determination to embrace life’s challenges is truly inspiring. She’s a quick learner and eager to discover the joys of being a dog.

Here’s what makes Pollyanna so special:
• Agility & Energy: Don’t let her age fool you—Pollyanna has the energy and agility of a dog half her age! Whether it’s hopping into the car for a ride or darting across the yard, she’s always on the move, however she is not destructive at all, does not chew on anything.
• Lap Lover Extraordinaire: Pollyanna adores sitting on her foster mum’s lap for cuddles and comfort. She’s also a bedtime snuggler, curling up beside her foster mum’s pillow to end the day with love.
• Sociable, but Selective: Pollyanna currently lives with five other dogs and several cats. While she’s fine with her foster siblings, she seems to feel more comfortable around smaller dogs than larger ones. She could thrive in a home as an only pet or with a gentle, similarly-sized canine companion.
• Super Smart: Pollyanna picks up new things quickly and loves mental stimulation. She’d excel in training sessions and is eager to please.

Pollyanna needs a patient, understanding family who will give her the time and support she needs to adjust to her new life. Her ideal home would be one where she gets plenty of cuddles, love, and encouragement to help her grow in confidence.
