About Rocky
🐾 Meet Rocky – the Clever Cat with a Heart of Gold 🧡
Introducing Rocky — a handsome and playful soul who’s learned that life (and humans!) aren’t so scary after all. When he first arrived in care, he was a little unsure about the world. But with patience, kindness, and food, Rocky has blossomed into a wonderful companion with a big heart and a cheeky streak.
Rocky adores playtime and treats — he will follow you around like a dog for food and sometimes even give you a little tap on the back of your leg.
He’s also very clever. He’s already mastered opening bookshelf doors and Ikea drawers… it’s only a matter of time before he figures out the laundry door. (Consider yourself warned. 😉).
He’ll thrive in a calm, nurturing home where he can continue to gain confidence at his own pace. With a little patience, you’ll be rewarded with his trust — and an affectionate smoochy friend who’ll quietly fill your home with warmth.
Rocky also enjoys feline company and would happily share his space with another friendly cat.
If you can offer him a gentle home and a bit of understanding, Rocky will return it tenfold — with love, loyalty, and a dash of curiosity.

Medical notes
Rocky was previously diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). He completed his full course of treatment on 31 October 2025 and has since successfully completed the three-month observation period with no recurrence of symptoms. Rocky is now considered successfully treated.
FIP is not contagious to humans or other cats. It develops when a common feline coronavirus mutates within an individual cat.
Further information about FIP is available from International Cat Care:
