Jango

Hi everyone, I’m Jango.
I’m a timid boy with the sweetest personality. I definitely have more of a labrador personality with occasional kelpie zoomies. I absolutely love cuddles and kisses as well as a good scratch behind my ears. I have previously lived on a property before coming into care but now I currently live in a suburban home and fit perfectly in both environments.

I'm all types of family friendly, would love another dog for composing and have shown no aggression towards cats at my foster home. I have also previously lived next door to a goat and showed no interest, I am currently living with chickens and have no problems at all. I’ve even made friends with the kangaroos behind the house and like to sit and observe them in nature. I’m not too bad with storms but do tend to hide when there’s a big one.

I’ve recently started learning that when humans try to hand-feed me a treat, it’s okay to accept it, and they don’t mean to scare or harm me. I’m also not the most confident on a lead but we’re practicing and I’m definitely learning to trust people a lot more, day by day. When it comes to toys and playing I haven’t really got a good idea of it yet. I just grab the toy and put it under my safe place, but my foster family are trying to teach me how to play the different types of games.

I would enjoy a family with another companion or lovely parents that can help me gain my confidence and show me how beautiful the world is. So if your family is missing something then I’d be more than happy to fill the role and grow with love and guidance.-
