Meet Gollum, our stunning tortoiseshell with a calm and gentle demeanor whose beauty is matched only by her sweet nature. She relishes the comfort of indoor life, (especially the food!) where she's embraced by love and care.
With her exquisite ginger markings and striking pale green eyes, she'll surely steal your heart with just one glance. Gollum is a big softy at heart, and she thrives on being near her human companions for affection and cuddles. Gollum's ideal home would be one filled with play and attention from a loving family or person who genuinely relishes quality time with her.
Gollum is a cat of many expressions; she's a real-life emoji, with her eyebrows often turned up in a curious fashion that suggests she's pondering the world's mysteries. Even when she's content and at ease, her curious expression is bound to bring a smile to your face.
Like all Maggie's pets, Gollum is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'd fit in pretty much anywhere! A family with kids, single person or couple. I'd love for a cat friend or dog to bond with but if you're home enough I'd love to be your one and only to adore as well.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten! Play, eat, sleep repeat.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Gollum has lived with older children. Her gentle and trusting nature suggests he'd thrive with kids of any age who are gentle and patient.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Gollum shares a delightful bond with her siblings and would be fine with resident cats too. Though she hasn't encountered dogs before, with some managed introductions to a cat-friendly pooch, Gollum could form a lasting friendship.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
