Lachlan - 8 week old Foxy x JRT x Poodle (Hold)

Hey good lookin, what ya got cookin? I am an adorable, smart, timid yet brave 8 week old Jack Russell x Fox Terrier x Poodle mix puppy.

Bursting with love and very curious about the world, I’m sure to bring cuddles, smooches, fun, love and laughter to your home.

While I am flourishing with my foster family and my big fur foster sister, I am now ready to find a caring family to call my very own.

I am a snuggle bug and love giving cuddles. I am clever and am making great strides with basic commands, I can already sit!! I’m toilet trained and I do sleep all night. I don't mind the crate at night, although I'd prefer your bed if you don't mind.

I am looking for a family that can continue to guide me with patience to help me grow in confidence and reach my full potential. I am also eager to check out puppy training classes to kickstart my doggy career.

I LOVE to play, whether it's rummaging through my basket of toys or going for a romp outside, I especially love to chase water, or butterflies, ants or anything fun that comes my way. As a tiny pup, I need a secure backyard where I can explore, run, jump, chase toys or just bask in the sun to my heart's content. I am always up for a game and will need daily exercise and a steady supply of toys and enrichment activities to keep me mentally stimulated, healthy and happy.

I love being around my foster family and am searching for a family that can take me with them to explore the great outdoors. I love my big foster sister so will do well with another doggy sibling to play with and learn from.

Lachlan overview:
* Fun, playful, smart, yet timid and needing to learn the world is a safe place
* Will grow to be a smallish dog 10kg at a guess
* Sharp puppy teeth and small breed, so not suitable to smaller children
* Secure backyard with a little space to play and run. Suited to villa living.
* Ongoing commitment to training, puppy school recommended
* Lachlan is currently eating 4 times a day and thriving
* Untested with cat or birds, but as a puppy I'll learn

Lachlan is in foster care in Belmont, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He will need to be returned to one of our DRN approved vets for desexing.

Lachlan's adoption fee is $800 which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
