Jester & Maverick - 2 & 3 Year Old Cattle X

Meet Jester and Maverick!

Jester and Maverick are the newest bonded pair of Dog Rescue Newcastle. Our beautiful Cattle dog X’s are 2 and 3 years old each.

Jester is a natural leader, and loves showing Maverick all the cool things he gets to do.

Maverick is more than happy to follow Jester around and loves copying everything that his ultra cool younger brother does.

Jester and Maverick are huge fans of fetch and would run after tennis balls all day if they could. They also adore cuddles and love to snuggle up with the shelter volunteers at the end of a shift.

Although both boys are similar, they do have distinct personalities and would love a home that can give them lots of attention and cater to their needs as a pair and as individuals.

Jester loves to be active and run around like crazy! He adores doing zoomies in the yard and loves going for walks.

Maverick is a little more subdued, and definitely more of a sook. He will often stop mid-walk just for some tummy rubs.

Both boys can be quite anxious in new environments, so would need a family who can foster this and help them with their nerves.

Jester and Maverick are not suited to a house with other dogs, cats or pocket pets.

Jester and Maverick are both located at Fullerton Cove, NSW. They are available for adoption in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT. Their adoption fee is $600 for both of them. They are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
