About Tobi
Tobi was found all alone on the side of the road in Wynyard, on New Years Eve. His finder took him in and cared for him, they took him to the local vet for a check up and vaccination. Sadly, for Tobi's finders their circumstances had changed suddenly, and it was no longer feasible for them to keep him indefinitely. While Tobi was with his finders, they watched him change from a shy & wary kitten, to a cuddly, and playful soul. We were told that Tobi has a very healthy appetite, and likes to burn off all of his energy playing with toys and other pets, and he has been known to confuse hands and feet for toys, so redirection will be needed if he gets a wee bit excited. Tobi has been around an older cat and a dog, and while he was good with an older feline friend, the dog was another hurdle he hadn't fully overcome. We feel that with time and slow introductions, Tobi would fit in well with any existing pets in your home. Tobi has not been around children at this stage, so we would highly recommended a slow introduction for him with young children, due to his boisterous personality. If you would like to add a fun and spunky kitten to your family, please, come and meet Tobi at our Longford Adoption Centre.
