Meet Pippa: the best dog friend you've been waiting for!

Pippa is a beautiful 2 year old Staffy x Border Collie with so much love to give. She is the ultimate cuddler and she adores playing with her toys, splashing and relaxing in the water and being with her people.

Pippa is a super smart girl who already knows some basic commands like sit, shake, down and stay. She waits patiently for her dinner until she is told she can eat and she knows where to go when she is told "on your bed". She is a quick learner and eager to please so she will benefit from someone willing to continue her training. She is food motivated which helps with this!

She will thrive in an active household with regular exercise.

Pippa is toilet trained and crate trained, she is happy and calm in her crate during the day for 6+ hours. She may be a bit sad for a few minutes when first left alone but then settles and keeps herself occupied chewing on toys and snoozing away. At night, she sleeps inside on her bed but she will sneak her way onto your bed for cuddles if allowed.

Pippa would love to become a part of a family with older kids. She has proven to be quickly smitten with kids who match her energy and are just as excited as she is about her impressive ball catching skills.

Pippa needs a home with secure fencing and she must be the only dog in the house. Due to previous bad experiences with other dogs, she much prefers the company of humans. She needs time and patience to learn that she is safe with her new family, and will need ongoing training to help her be comfortable when exposed to other dogs in the neighbourhood.

Pippa is currently located at Swansea, NSW. She is available for adoption in New South Wales, Queensland, The ACT, and Victoria. Pippa's adoption fee is $500. She is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
