About Max - 3 Year Old German Pointer X Bull Arab (Hold)
Max is a big, sensitive soul with a heart equally as big! He thrives on cuddles and human connections and would love nothing more than to spend his days with someone who has time to devote to him.
Max has been mostly an outdoor dog and hasn’t had much formal training. As a result, he’s still learning his manners, especially when it comes to walking on a lead. But don’t let that deter you! Max is incredibly trainable and eager to please. With consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, he will flourish into a loyal and well-behaved companion
For Max to be the very best version of himself, he’d like:
- An experienced, patient owner who is willing to continue his training.
- A secure backyard with high fencing to keep him safe.
- A home where someone is around most of the time – Max thrives on company and doesn’t like being left alone for long periods.
- A female canine companion would be a huge plus! Max would do well with a calm, friendly female dog to show him the ropes and keep him company.
- An active lifestyle – Max loves his daily jogs and needs plenty of exercise to keep him happy and healthy.
Max is in foster care in Port Stephens, NSW. He is available for adoption interstate. The adoption fee is $350.He is desexed, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
