Meet the handsome Tomahawk! (nickname Tommy!)
This beautiful little man is a large serving of sweet and playful, with a side serving of cheeky and goofy!

On the initial meeting Tommy can be shy, but with a positive & calm first meeting, he will love you very quickly! Especially if you have treats…

Little Tommy is very food motivated, which in turn means he will be easy to train! He has already learned to sit and wait for his food.

He is picking up toilet training, goes on cue, he just sometimes doesn’t quite make it all the way to our grass as it’s all the way around the other side of our backyard. With guidance and treats as rewards he is getting there!

He gets along great with our resident greyhound, listens when he’s corrected and plays like crazy when he’s allowed. As he can be shy in the beginning, a calm introduction is best, once he’s had a sniff and hello, the confidence starts shining through! He also loves toys, especially if they squeak!! He has met a few different dogs of different sizes and whether they or bigger or smaller, he loves them all the same.

Tommy has made his crate his safe space and loves to have a sleep in there, but also
happily sleeps on his bed outside the crate. He will sleep inside or outside without
complaints, but if you spook him in the middle of the night he will give you a bark to say it was rude of you to disturb him!!

Even though we have a resident dog, Tommy has been left without him for a day here and there, and he wasn’t sooky without him, so although he would love a doggy friend, he would likely be fine as an only dog too.

He LOVES getting out for a walk, exploring and sniffing as he goes along, tail is always wagging, sometimes a little shy if a dog approaches too fast, still early days of being out on the leash.

He loves our 13yr old son, the tale wags go superspeed when he see’s him! So he would probably love to have some children to play with, puppy savvy children being ideal as the excitement and love can result in some jumping and kissing!

After all the excitement of being a puppy for the day is done, he loves to snuggle up with any human who will let him… and will snore while he’s at it.
