About Eve
Let me introduce myself. My name is Eve, but whoever my foster mum calls I’m always at her side first.
An active family would be perfect for me. I love having my humans around most of the time. I am a joy to walk and love meeting other dogs large or small, but if they are reactive I just walk on by. I’m very inquisitive and spent a lot of time checking out the garden while the 3 resident hounds rest. I don’t have time to waste sleeping so I amuse myself doing zoomies, dunking my head in a bucket of water when I get hot! Or just watching over my foster parents activities.
I do sleep all night in my own bed next to the humans, but when mum gets up and I’m still roaching I always grab her ankles with my paws to let her know I need a tummy rub. She finds that adorable and can’t resist my request. I’m a great guard dog and bark to alert other hounds and humans. I also bark to encourage the other dogs to play. They don’t like that, and neither do my parents, but sometimes I just can’t help myself. So I have a few lessons to improve on, but I am very smart. Will you teach me? I have no problem using 8 garden stairs, I adore food. I’m totally toilet trained and never chew house stuff. I also enjoy car rides, and can jump in and out. My foster parents say I’m almost perfect.
