About Tommy
Meet Tommy – a curious young boy who’s gaining confidence with each passing day.
My unique quirk = Once he’s chosen you, good luck getting him off your lap — he’s there to stay!
Tommy's affectionate and cuddly nature shines when approached with gentleness, patience, and warmth. He’ll need a little time to sniff you out and give your legs a friendly rub before hopping up for a cozy lap snuggle. Once settled, his purr engine revs into high gear — ready to show you just how content he is.
With a zest for life, Tommy loves to explore his home, playing hide and seek and pouncing around with his brothers. He’s energetic, playful, and always up for a good adventure.
Having grown up surrounded by his mum, siblings, and three resident cats, Tommy is well-socialized and thrives in feline company. Because of his close bond with his brother Jerry, they must be adopted together. *** No enquiries or applications will be accepted for Tommy to be adopted as a singleton.
Tommy is searching for a forever home that understands he may need a little time to fully settle and feel safe. He would do best in a household where someone is home often, offering him the consistency and love he needs to blossom into the affectionate, cheeky, and loving companion he truly is.

BD Fur-Rescue does not have a physical location so therefore we ask that you fill out an application form to adopt one of our beautiful feline souls.

Our adoption process aims to ensure a long lasting relationship for you and your adopted feline friend.
Following the submission of your application, BD Fur-Rescue can then make a balanced judgement to see if your lifestyle will suit one of our fosters.
There are no right or wrong answers, these questions are purely aimed at assisting us find the perfect companion for you and fur-ever home for our fosters.
Once your application is submitted and reviewed (please click here https://www.bigdollansfurrescue.org/pages/adopting to submit your application), a foster carer will contact you via phone to potentially arrange a meet and greet.
This line of work is purely volunteer based work, so please be patient with the turn around time. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner to keep the adoption process moving forward as quickly and smoothly as possible.
