Little Lazarus is one of the sweetest, gentlest and most adorable kitty cats that you will ever meet in your life. He has a very kind and loving personality and does not have a mean bone in his body.

Russ also loooooooves people and will always be in the mood for attention. Russ loves a pat and a scratch, will purr away when you pick him up and give him a cuddle, and you can tell he's going to be the kind of love bug that will follow you everywhere you go and curl up i9n bed with you if you'll let him.

He absolutely adores human company so if you're looking for a super affectionate little cuddle big then Russ is the cat for you.

Lazarus was well loved by his previous family but sadly their child developed severe allergies to the family pets and as a result they were forced to find new homes for all of their fur children. Russ comes from a loving household and has a love of love to give.

Being a young man Russ also loves other cats and when he's not having a cuddle with his people he enjoys rolling around and wrestling with the resident cat. They can often be found rolling around together or chasing each other around the house.

We would love to find Russ a household that has another cat around his age, or an older cat that enjoys play so that this little gentleman has someone that can keep him entertained when his people are not around.

Russ is approximately 9 months old and has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
