About Apricot
Apricot can be shy at first but is very sweet when she opens up to you.
She loves pouncing and hunting and her favourite toy is the accordion with the bell inside!
Be careful with leaving food around, she has been known to steal a chicken wing or two.
Like all cats, Apricot loves a nap, often at the tallest spot in the house - the top of the cat tree where she's queen of the castle!
As Apricot is still a kitten, she must be adopted with a friend (like her brother Carrot Cake) or to a home with a resident cat.
You can check out Carrot Cake here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1089785
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
