Leo is the Golden Child here at The Lost Dogs' Home - with his sweet but shy personality and his amazing looks, Leo is the man for you.

This wonderful boy hasn't had the most wonderful start to life - he has been limited in his worldly experiences so will need a patient family that is willing to help build his confidence to be the goofy, cheeky boy that we know is hiding inside.

Leo has not had a huge amount of access to the outside world, he has minimal experience going on walks or socialising outside of his previous property so he would love someone to take him back to basics. Like most Goldies, he has a beautiful nature and is eager to please. He will be the most amazing addition to your home if you have the time and effort to work with him.

Leo would love a home where all people can read his cues and give him space - so for this we recommend a home where everyone is over the age of 12. When dogs aren't comfortable or a little worried, it's not always easy to tell so little children might just be a bit much for Leo at this stage in his life.

Our Golden Child Leo could live with another well-matched dog, especially one that can help grow his confidence as he navigates a new home. Any existing doggos in your home would need to attend for a meet and greet to see if the get along with Leo.

*Please remember, we operate on a walk-in basis, there are no holds on our animals and any existing dogs from the home must attend the meet and greet. Due to a high number of enquiries about Leo we may not be able to respond to you straight away and we recommend you come down to The Lost Dogs' Home North Melbourne to meet him.
