Meet Frankfurt – or Franky to his friends – a gentle soul with a heart full of curiosity and quiet love.
Franky has been in care for over eight months, patiently waiting for his forever home after his brother and sister found theirs. While he can be shy around new people and takes time to warm up, those who earn his trust discover a truly delightful companion who shows unconditional love in return.
With his soft fur and sweet nature, Franky is happiest in a calm home where he can enjoy sunny naps, ball play (either solo, with his humans, or with other feline friends), and the occasional dental treat. Once comfortable, he’ll share his affection freely – purring beside you, offering gentle snuggles, and even co-sleeping at night.
Franky doesn’t love being picked up, so his new family will need to respect his boundaries and let him come to them on his terms. In return, you’ll be rewarded with a cat who sits on your lap, curls up for naps near you, and loves a good belly rub when the mood strikes.
He gets along well with other cats and would do well in a home with another friendly pet, or with adults and older, cat-savvy children who can give him the space and patience he needs to truly flourish.
Franky may have waited a while for his turn, but for the right person or family, he’s ready to offer a lifetime of quiet, loyal companionship.

Frankfurt's adoption fee is $120 which includes desexing, microchipping, parasite prevention, and initial F3 vaccination.

Kittens and cats are adopted via home adoptions. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact SACR via phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet 'n' greet with their selected kitten or cat.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are NO desexing contract adoptions (except in the case of cryptorchid kittens).
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten who has not reached weight for desexing. Kittens and cats remain in the care of SACR until desexing has occurred.
