Hi friends my name is Charlie 💙

I’m a gorgeous seven year old boy. My owner had to go away and I couldn’t go with her. She was very sad about leaving me. I was very sad and confused too.

I am a loving boy who enjoys lots of head rubs, deep tissue neck massages, belly rubs and snuggling into you when sleeping or snoozing. Every now and then I will sneak in an affectionate nip, particularly after licking your hand. I take care not to hurt you though - it’s just my way of saying ‘that’s enough’.

I will eat anything - so rest assured you won’t be spending a fortune trying to tempt me. My diet included mainly raw food (chicken, fish, chicken livers) with dry food and occasionally Whiskas tinned beef and gravy. I was happy with this although I will try any human food offered like biscuits, dips, fruit, veggies. I love Greek yoghurt or cream as a treat. Creamy Dine treats are delicious too.

I was dumped as a kitten (6 weeks old) and landed on all four-paws with my previous human. I lived in a tiny house with a small wire-haired terrier and we got along famously.

I was allowed outdoors to explore (because the house was so small), and would stay away for hours, but always came back. I am sure that I would adjust to be indoors only though, as it is not pleasant for little native animals to allow felines to roam. While I used the litter tray inside, I usually did my business outside. Of course I will need to be inside for at least 6 weeks + so that my compass can adjust to my new home. If you’ll have me.

In a foster home I mixed with three other cats and two large dogs. I am great with children but will let them know, gently nibbling, when I have had enough attention.
