Looking for the loyalty and entertainment of a dog but the independence of a cat? Charlie is your perfect match - a charming, quirky boy who's got the best of both worlds.

As of 29/06/2025, Charlie holds the title of our longest resident here at the facility. He's been patiently waiting for his forever home - and we think it's well past time this sweet boy found his perfect match.

Charlie came to us with little history and was understandably scared on arrival. Since then, he's come such a long way. Now, he's a total smooch machine who loves attention, rubbing all over your hands and purring away once he's comfortable - which doesn't take long!

A large-breed boy with a unique look and a big heart, Charlie thrives on enrichment, interaction, and having space to explore. If you have a secure cat run or even a sunny window seat, Charlie will be in heaven.

He's playful, smart, litter-trained, and full of personality. He'll even follow you around like a dog - just with a little more feline flair.

Charlie is looking for:

A secure indoor home (cat run or cat-proofed outdoor space ideal)

A great view of the outside world

Lots of enrichment and toys to keep him entertained

Loving humans who enjoy cuddles (on cat terms!)

A calm environment to continue building confidence
