About 🏹Sir Perci🏹
Even though Perci is an older guy he is an energetic and engaging cat who loves to keep you on your toes.
He loves to investigate his surroundings and is happy to climb if he’s given the means to. Once he is settled he is a very confident man who loves to play if you find the right toy, he particularly loves any toy with catnip in it. He loves to flop onto his back and show you his tummy, it looks like he wants belly scratches but it’s definitely a trap.
While Perci’s weight isn’t too bad, his size is impacting his ability to groom himself so he needs a home that’s willing to brush him even if he isn’t a fan. He is currently a good weight but continued exercise will help him to maintain this.
Perci loves head scritches and some body pats but like many British Shorthairs he likes these on his own terms. He is very clear when he has had enough and as long as his family are willing to listen he will continue to be his smoochy self. Perci can be a little bit touchy around the base of his tail and while there’s nothing wrong with it now, we suspect he had an injury at some point and still worries it will hurt.
Perci would be best suited to an adult home environment, preferably one with previous British Shorthair experience. While he arrived in care with another cat, he would be best off in a home of his own with no other pets.
While in our care Perci has had a dental, to ensure his teeth are clean and sparkling. He is desexed, microchipped and up to date with her vaccinations and parasite treatments.
Medical notes
