About Roland - 6 Year Old Labrador X Vizsla (On Trial)
Looking for a dog that’s as happy snoozing on the couch as he is trotting alongside you on a walk? Say hello to Roland! He’s the perfect mix of a lazy laid-back Labrador and an intelligent, loyal Vizsla—basically, a best-of-both-worlds kind of dog!
Roland is a total sweetheart with a soft spot for cuddles and new friends. Whether it’s humans, dogs, or kids, he greets everyone with a wag and happy grin. He loves to make new friends of either people or dogs.
> Manners on Point: Roland walks beautifully on a leash. No pulling, no drama—just a calm companion who’s ready to enjoy the outdoors. He’s also great around other dogs and never gets ruffled by distractions. Roland can happily be taken on any outings - to kids sports events, cafes etc
> Cuddle King: Got a comfy couch or a sunny spot in the yard? Roland will find it and settle in for some quality relaxation time.
> Kid Approved: Roland has experience living with a toddler and is gentle and patient with little ones. He knows how to be a best friend to kids and grown-ups alike.
> Playful Pal: While he enjoys having a canine buddy to romp with, Roland is just as happy hanging out one-on-one with his humans. A good play session or a nice walk is all he needs to be content at home alone, so he will suit work-from-home families, or full time workers
> New Adventures Await: Roland hasn’t met cats or small pets yet, but with proper introductions, he’s likely to be ok.
Roland’s foster mum has only good things to say about him. He is the kind of dog who brings warmth and joy to every room he enters. Whether you’re out exploring or simply enjoying a lazy afternoon at home, he’ll be by your side. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and easygoing companion, Roland is ready to make your life a little brighter.
Roland is in foster care in Anna Bay, Port Stephens, NSW. He is available for adoption interstate. The adoption fee is $300. He is desexed, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
