About Crumpet
Hi! I'm Crumpet, and I'm looking for the perfect home with a family who will keep me safe and love me forever.
I am small and cute and playful and cuddly... I'm everything you could want in a kitten!
I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up yet, though; I'm too young and full of energy to know if I'm going to be a smoocher or a player or a midnight meower. I'm just concentrating on being the fun ball of fluff I am right now.
Us kittens are a lot of fun, but just like human toddlers, we can grow up to be the opposite of what we are now! (If your child likes dinosaurs, they might grow up to be a palaeontologist... or maybe they'll be an astronaut, or a hair stylist!)
If you're looking for specific feline traits, please consider adopting a juvenile or adult cat from my favourite people at Sugar and Spice Cat Rescue – there are so many needing good homes and the rescue volunteers can find you your perfect match!
I also hope you understand that kittens like me can live 20 years on average, so I'll be looking forward to sharing a long and happy life full of love and laughter with you.

I am fully vet-worked – desexed, microchipped, and have had my first vaccination –and I have been treated for pesky fleas and icky worms. I am also litter trained (though I am still very young, so please make sure I know where my litter tray is and be patient with me if I have any accidents).
I am looking for a family that will keep me safely indoors. My carers have seen too many bad things happen to cats who are allowed outside, and a responsible family will protect me from harm. I do not need to be walked on a lead, taken to the park, or brought on play dates, either. I am very content being an indoor-only cat, but I wouldn't say no to access to a fully enclosed outdoor space like a cat run or catio if you have one.
If you would like to meet me, please send an application (see below) telling my foster carers why you would be my perfect family.
They can also arrange for you to meet lots of other cats and kittens at the same time as me, in case one is a better match. (I promise I won't be offended if you choose someone else – I know my forever home is out there, and good things are worth the wait!)

Adoption details
If interested in a cat that is available for adoption, we require you to fill out an adoption application, and one of our lovely foster carers will give you a call to organise a time for a meet and greet.
Please note: As we are all volunteers with limited time up our sleeves, we prefer all interested potential adopters to fill out an application, rather than send an enquiry, as this helps us know more about you and what you are after, and saves us all a lot of time!
