About West
West is a soft well natured Swiss shepherd who shows positive attitude towards all animals he has met and any people around.
He shows great direction when it comes to learn how to engage with the various animals in his foster home and respects gates, fencing and boundaries easily.
Being a shepherd type dog he is looking for someone who does have that love and experience for the breed. He can forget to use his ears when learning his training and shows a cute but stubborn side.
He is progressing well with both his crate and toilet training and sleeping peacefully at night in his crate.
He hasn't met any kids whilst in care but may be fine with dog savvy kids who are used to puppy antics.
He would love to share his home with another social dog as he does love to play more than anything.
Being close to his foster parents whenever he can, you can find him underneath your feet taking a snooze so he would do great with someone home a little more often than not as he does love company.
West is currently 3 months old and located in the Lower Hunter Valley NSW.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
