About Lana
Lana is the biggest cuddle bug and cutie. She loves a soft bed and her toys.
She sits on command and sits before her meals naturally, she’s very well mannered.
Lana loves being a part of the household, she doesn’t like being left alone and would do really well in a house with another pet. At night she loves to cuddle up to her foster sister and in the mornings she loves being invited on the bed for cuddles. She has a lot of energy so loves to play play play, once comfortable loves to be involved. She loves food and loves sleeping and couch cuddles.
We are working on her toilet training and she is getting better everyday.
Lana is a very sensitive girl and doesn’t have much confidence, so someone that has patience and can help her build confidence would be a must. A calm home to begin with and someone at home more often than not to start would be ideal. She prefers to be where everyone else is.
She would probably be suited to older kids as she takes time to come out of her shell and is quite a sensitive soul.
Lana has a heart of gold and has the sweetest nature. She really is a pleasure to have in the household and brings so much love and playfulness with her once she feels safe.
Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
I CAN FLY TO PERTH!
Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations, because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth.
