About Max
Max is an 8 week old Maltese Shih tzu . Max has gorgeous colouring and is super sweet and playful and looking for his forever family to love and spoil him. Max is ready to start his adventures and learn all the fun things life has to offer. Max is curious, gentle and sweet and loves his humans and other dogs. Max will do well in apartment living as long as he has a human at home to take him to the park and walks. Max is working on his toilet training and doing fantastic. Max will be perfect for Most Families.

They are known to be Intelligent and loyal, the Maltese Shih Tzu is highly trainable and adapts well to both active and quiet homes, making it a wonderful family and therapy dog.

- Max will be Desexed at 6 Months following our vets guidelines

ADOPTION PROCESS:

What does this mean?
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. 7 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from Waggy Tails.
4. Adoption is finalised after 7 day trial, Ownership and Microchip paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this may take up to 4 weeks dependent on microchip paperwork. If for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to Waggy Tails the Adoption fee can be refunded minus an admin fee (Minimum $250).
5. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work UNTIL date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current at their co
