About Syrup
Meet Syrup, an enchanting ginger-coated kitten with mesmerising eyes that hold a hint of mischief and adventure. At just 13 weeks old, Syrup is already a little character, brimming with energy and charm. His delightful tabby markings highlight his expressive face, giving him an endearingly dramatic appearance. Syrup's silky fur is as delightful to the touch as his antics are to watch, making him a captivating presence in any home.
Adventurous, funny, and independent, Syrup is a kitten who thrives on exploration and play. Whether he's busy catching elusive insects or playing with his favourite toys, he approaches everything with uncontainable enthusiasm. His favorite pastime involves lounging in a sunny patch where he enjoys observing the world around him or planning his next playful escapade.
Having grown up in a household with young kids, Syrup is already familiar with the energy and excitement that comes with the territory. He's comfortable with the joyous chaos of children but appreciates a family that understands his play-first, cuddle-later philosophy.
In Syrup, you'll find a loyal companion who delights in the simple pleasures of life and seeks a forever home where he can explore, play, and snuggle whenever he pleases. This little bundle of ginger fluff would be the perfect addition to a home willing to indulge his youthful spirit and adventurous heart.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
