Vald is a happy, relaxed, loving boy. He gets along with everyone in his current home (humans and fur friends) and really loves being with his humans in particular. He’d be an ideal lap or always-by-your side pet.

He has learnt that outside is where you go to the toilet, and to hold on overnight, but may still need some positive guidance. He’s also learnt to use a doggy door, but prefers to be taken outside by his owner to go to the toilet.

Vald loves going for outside walks, either on his own or with his fellow canines. But he does tire quickly, particularly when the weather is warm. He sleeps well through the night and will happily lie in until his people get up.

He has a great appetite and will eagerly take on chewy food despite having many of his teeth removed while in foster care (he came to us with severe dental issues). Vald also has a heart murmur, but at this stage no medication is required – this will need to be checked by a vet on an annual basis. He will also need grooming on a regular basis, based on his breed.

Vald is most suited to a home where he has frequent human company. Despite his doggy vintage, he still has plenty of love and happiness to share.
