On Hold
About Randolf -Desexed and Vaccinated -On Hold
*** on hold -till the 4th july ***
randolf was a stray who was sadly never reclaimed by his owner. He has been very well loved, both by his original owner, the vet clinic who saved him, and here at the shelter. He is a very special boy and so very well behaved. He loves people and hops over to say hello to anyone who visits, is easy to pick up and cuddle, is very playful, and has a huge love of life and everyone and everything! he is the most stunning lilac/blue colour, with a beautiful soft, plush coat that you can pat all day, (-randolf is a mini rex!). Randolf has a blocked tear duct, and despite the efforts of specialist vets over a period of several months, this will be an ongoing problem. His new mum will have to wipe under his eye every day, which really isn't a huge deal even though it would have been nice to fix. ***thankyou jodi p. For contributing generously towards helping randolf***
randolf needs to be an indoor bunny where he will get all the love and attention he requires. He is learning to use the litter tray, which he should pick up very easily as he is one very smart boy (edited to add that he is now a pro at the litter tray. . . Not a single poop out of place!). Randolf is perhaps the most outgoing and friendly rex at our shelter, so will need an extra special home where his amazing personality will be appreciated. We will be choosy about who can adopt this boy. If you would like to meet randolf, please fill in an adoption form on our website: www. Porschesrescue. Com
Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
