NOTE: You are unable to meet Abby until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Abby in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• A family with breed experience/knowledge
• Regular walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING is very important as I don't appear to have had any basic training yet.
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A patient family who are willing to put in the time to help me grow into the best dog i can possibly be.
• I like both friendly male and female dogs but don't appear to have a lot of interaction with them in the past.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• I am very people orientated
• No young children as I will jump up on them and knock them over. Older children who understand that and will be involved with training me should be ok.
• SOCIALISATION is as important for me. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will help boost my confidence and help me grow into the best dog I can be.


Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• No Cats or pocket pets as I will chase them

My best features:
• Highly food motivated
• Full of beans
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches
• I LOVE the water and will splash about in my water bowl and play with the hose

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I need full basic training as I havn't had any before coming to the shelter
• I don't currently appear to be toilet trained so I need a family to be patient with me as I learn and grow
