===========================================================
Gilligan is a male, 3-year-old Persian x rag doll, silver cat.
He is desexed, microchipped and wormed. The vaccination can be updated.
Gilligan is an active cat how has lived both indoors and outdoors. He loves to be groomed and very happy to have his tummy scratched and combed.
Gilligan is used to a large dog and children. Gilly loves to play with the Neighbours cat, they used to visit each other and lay down in the garden near one another.
There are no noted behavioral or health issues. Gilly needs to be combed/brushed daily.
Gilligan was bought for my daughter in a time of family transition, both geographically, and at a time when our family was grieving the loss of a family member and a beloved aged cat. It was an irresponsible decision to purchase him at this time. My daughter has recently moved out of home and not able to take Gilligan with her. We have moved into an area where we cannot have Gilligan outdoors at any time due to Neighbour complaints. We purchased a Catio but do not feel that this is large enough for him to live in while we are working (full time). I am allergic to cats and did not have our previous cats living full time in the family home, only when we were home, and in certain areas. I feel that Gilly would love to live with someone who doesn’t mind having a cat indoors full time and does not work full time. I do not feel that he is living ‘his best life’ and feel sad to see him ‘locked up’ in his patio/cage.
