About Benji
Meet Benji, an irresistibly charming wire-haired Jack Russell Terrier who has just celebrated his first birthday.
With his distinctive wiry coat and expressive eyes, Benji captures hearts at first glance.
Despite his small stature, Benji has the adventurous spirit and fearless curiosity typical of the Jack Russell. He's an ever-active little man, always ready for the next adventure.
Loyal and full of personality, Benji thrives in the company of people and gets along well with other dogs, especially those his size.
He's a social little guy who loves to play, and nothing delights him more than backyard frolics with his canine buddies and favourite humans.
With his youthful exuberance and ability to bounce like a jumping bean, Benji can test the patience of large dogs, so these canine meetings need to be supervised.
Likewise, he views any encounter with a cat as an invitation to play, especially if the cat runs, so he would probably do best in a feline-free household.
Benji is ideally suited to a lifestyle that allows him to enjoy both indoor comforts and outdoor fun. He’s house-trained and after a busy day enjoys cozy evenings on the couch, snuggling up with his human companions.
His perfect home is one with very good fencing to keep him safe, a good-sized backyard to run and play, an active family who are home most of the time and/or a canine playmate with a similar level of energy and zest for life.
With Benji in your life, every day will be filled with laughter and unconditional love.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Benji was desexed on 3 December 2024, at which time he weighed 8 kgs.
