About Butterball and Charlotte
Meet Butterball and Charlotte, a gorgeous, bonded pair of three-year-old Shih Tzu mixes who are looking for a loving new family who can offer them a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. These adorable companions balance each other's personalities perfectly. Butterball, true to his name, is outgoing and full of beans, bringing a lively spirit into every room he enters. On the other hand, Charlotte is a bit more reserved and relies on Butterball's confidence to feel reassured and comfortable in new situations.
Both are well-versed in house manners, having been lovingly housetrained, and they shine in the company of other dogs and dog-savvy cats. Their cheerful and affectionate dispositions also make them great companions for children, fostering a warm and engaging family atmosphere. They would benefit from a home where they can receive guidance and training, especially when it comes to walking on a lead, to help them thrive in their new environment.
Because Butterball and Charlotte were surrendered due to a lack of secure fencing, it is crucial that their next home has a safely enclosed area where they can explore and play to their hearts' content. They are ready to bring double the love and joy to a home where they’ll be cherished members of the family. If you're looking for a delightful duo to enrich your family life, Butterball and Charlotte are waiting to be part of your world.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
