Meet Everest, our loveable gentle giant with a heart as big as the mountains themselves!!

This beautiful boy is a shelter favourite and he adores making friends wherever he goes! More like a giant baby, Everest thrives off your attention and wants to be by your side wherever you go. He can handle being alone and is happy snoozing he day away, but be prepared for a whole lotta jumps and cuddles on your return! In his eyes you are his world, and your lap is his favourite place- even though only half of him can fit there!

A gentle soul, Everest would adore going home to a family with secondary school aged kids or older, or anybody who has a LOT of love to give and can handle his big size! Everest would also be happy to go home with another dog friend as long as they understand his form of friendship is through handing out together, not endless playtime. Please bring all family members and dogs along to the meet and greet!

That isn't to say he doesn't enjoy a play! His favourite toys are ropes, doing little zoomies while flinging it and playing with it by himself. He tends to tucker out fast, needing lots of attention and head pats to recharge him for more playtime.

The bonus of his extra-large size is that he can all the love and cuddles you have to give him! Cute aggression is easily solved by a welcome tight hugs and squeeze for our boy.
