Introducing Jennifer, the delightful 8-year-old greyhound who will enchant you with her gentle spirit and surprising bursts of energy. Don't let her gracefully aged white muzzle fool you; this golden oldie still loves to indulge in zoomies and brings a playful charm to every day. Known for her agile sprinting and loving nature, Jennifer is a true testament that age is only a number.
Food is one of Jennifer's greatest loves, and her enthusiasm for treats makes her an eager participant in any training or bonding session. In her downtime, you'll often find Jennifer in her favourite "roach" position, lying comfortably on her back, contented and in her element. Despite enjoying her zooms, she has exceptional leash manners and is a joy to walk, even for younger family members aged 12 and above, who she gets along with splendidly. Jennifer thrives in a more serene environment that complements her refined character.
Jennifer has shared a home amicably with other greyhounds and has spent time mingling with various breeds, showing her adaptable and easygoing nature. She's comfortable during short periods of solitude with her fellow greyhounds, proving to be a well-adjusted companion. Her super affectionate disposition means she's always eager to snuggle and connect with her people, whether sharing her life with other dogs or soaking up all the love as the sole canine star.
Jennifer's ideal home would include a lovely garden where she can gracefully indulge in her zoomies. Traveling with her is a breeze, as she's been great on car rides. Whether you have an established pack or are looking for a one-on-one bond, Jennifer is ready to join a family that appreciates the blend of companionship and space she offers. Adoption details
The adoption fee is $200 and includes desexing, C5 vaccination, muzzle and lifetime registration in NSW.
Once we found a potential match, the following will happen:
- Phone chat with one of the HBH coordinators
- Phone chat with the foster carer
- Meet and Greet with the foster carer and the dog
- Setting up your personal support group through FB messenger or Whatsapp with Foster Carer and HBH coordinators
- House visit (virtual during Covid)
- Paperwork and Adoption fee to be returned to HBH
- Trial start (2 weeks)
- Final adoption!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
