Despite his heart condition, which will be comprehensively explained to successful applicants, Winston has proven to be a resilient and lively little dude. His condition does require regular vet appointments, south of the river, so he will need a foster carer who can accommodate these visits. All things considered, he's not on any medication currently, and leads a joyful life filled with play and curiosity.
