Hey there, I'm Floofy. As my name suggests, I’m a floof ball, looking for my fur-ever home!

Nature
I'm a colony kitten and I came into care when an awesome human took the time to befriend me and my family from the streets. Some of my siblings weren’t as fortunate as me, and the rest of us were saved.

I'm quite a curious kitten, I play with the cool stuff like balls and this fishing line toy the foster human keeps playing with us. At first I was super cautious. I hissed a lot and didn't like to be picked up.

Being off the streets has helped me grow to love food that hooman keeps feeding us. I've tasted creamy treats, kitten food and even sneak big cat food when I go to play in the house.

I’ve got my own safe space to adapt and now venture out into the house. It was scary at first, however that didn't stop me. I climb up the tall cat towers. Since I was the first one at the new home I found this awesome sleeping spot up high to feel safe and watch the world down below.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’ve met younger and older children at a distance, I was curious about them.

I’ve met the other foster and resident cats, who sometimes hiss at me. We get along now, because I zoom through the house with my siblings playing.

You know how I mentioned that some of my siblings were less fortunate than me, well a dog had come and unfortunately hurt them. Now I live with a crazy Kelpie in my foster home. We are slowly becoming friends, even though she reminded me of that bad time. I hiss sometimes to protect myself, but mostly I just run past doggo and carry on playing.

Likes / Dislikes
I love wet and dry food, and creamy treats! I also enjoy chicken when hooman treats us. I drink lots of water like a good boy. I also use my litter tray super well.

I love to zoom zoom, play and rest. I love sleeping after play so hard. I have two sister siblings who I love to play and rest with too as well as Mum. I can handle being picked up but can get overwhelmed sometimes too.

My PURR-fect home would be a nice quiet home with a space for me to adapt and grow into. I’d like a nice gentle cat friend to show me the ropes and love me, that would be super sweet, but I could also be your only pet. I wouldn’t mind a family with children to help me grow into loving humans even more. You can love me, play with me and just be my best friend everrrr. Will you choose me to be your family?

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Floofy please come and meet him at PETStock Balcatta this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. He will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.
