Blitzen

Meet Blitzen, a 2-year-old male Malamute who is looking for his forever home! Blitzen came to us as a stray with his sibling, and it's believed they were potentially dumped. Despite his rough start, Blitzen has a sweet and friendly nature, making him a great candidate for a family environment.

Blitzen could do well with another dog in the home, pending a proper meet-and-greet to ensure compatibility. He has no known history with cats or small animals, so his new family will need to be aware in that regard.

As with most Huskies and Malamutes, Blitzen will need a dedicated owner who understands the breed's energetic and independent nature. He requires secure fencing. He thrives when kept mentally and physically stimulated with enrichment activities and plenty of toys. Blitzen is looking for an active home where he can be part of the family and enjoy regular exercise and attention.
