About Pearl
Pearl is a precious gem. With her white and fawn coat with some curious freckles, she is a strikingly beauty but it’s her bubbly personality that will win you over in moments.
Pearl is a very friendly happy girl, so eager to meet all the humans and doggo out on her walks. She also oves to host visitors to her home. Pearl is playful and loves to toss and catch her toys but she is also a snoozy girl happy to nap for most of the day.
Pearl has been happy yo be home alone for a few hours but perfers to be with her humans as much as possible even if she is napping. Maybe Pearl could come to work with you ?
Pearl enjoys her walks and is interested in the world around her and would love to stop and get a pat or tickle from every neighbour you meet. You may not get very far on that 30 minute walk. She is also comfortable meeting other dogs on her walks but will also keep an eye out for any cats or bunnies. Pearl also loves a car ride, our princess may just need some help jumping on the back seat if it’s too high.
Pearl was adopted two years ago and has been a treasured part of her family but, unfortunately there has been change in their circumstance and they have made the heartbreaking decision to find a new more stable home for Pearl. She has been an only dog in her current home but will adapt well to living with another dog and even children over four.
Pearl knows all the rules of the house but is not a great fan of stairs. Pearl just grazes her breakfast and dinner but will always find room in her tummy for treats, including her favourite peanut butter toast.
At nearly four, Pearl is in the prime of her life ready to be a treasured part of your family.
No cats or small dogs
No full time workers unless some working from home or there is another dog

Adoption details
Dogs are pack animals and Greyhounds, in particular, are very familiar with being surrounded by other dogs in their racing kennel environment. For this reason, when left alone without people or other dogs for company, some can be prone to separation anxiety which can manifest in destructive and/or noisy behaviour.
As a result we look to rehome dogs into households where they are not left on their own for more than 4 hours per day on a regular basis, without either people or another dog for company. We are happy discuss strategies such as a dog walker or doggy day care. Going to work with you is also a great option
