Hey there, potential fur-ever family! My name is Sophie, and I’m not just any kitten; I’m a tiny bundle of joy wrapped in soft, fluffy fur! At just 14 weeks old, I’m on the lookout for a loving home where I can spread my paws and sprinkle a little magic into your everyday life.
I am all about adventures—whether that means chasing after my favorite feather toy or playing with my foster siblings
But don’t let my playful side fool you; I’m also a purr-fessional snuggler. After a long day of play, you can find me curled up in your lap, sharing warmth and a few delightful purrs, When I purr, it sounds like the sweetest music, and I’ll happily serenade you while we cuddle on the couch.
I’ve got a personality as vibrant as my beautiful coat. I’m friendly, social, and ready to bond with everyone—including other pets! If you have a furry friend, I can’t wait to meet them and share some fun playdates.

At Village Tails, we strive to make the adoption process as seamless as possible. We understand that bringing a new pet into your home is a big decision that will enrich your life in countless ways. That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step guide to help you find your perfect match and provide a loving home for one of our precious animals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
