About Mia
Ho, Ho, Ho.... Although I may look like Santa, my name is Mia.
I'm a beautiful 7-year-old red and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix with a heart full of Christmas cheer! My spirit is bright all year round, and I'm always ready to spread joy wherever I go. With my playful personality and loving nature, I would love nothing more than a cozy spot in front of the fire, just like I'm in Santa's workshop, surrounded by little elves or children who adore me.
I am a loyal and affectionate companion who loves to shower my family with attention and kisses. I'm seeking a home where I can enjoy being the center of attention and bask in love from my new family! I'd really enjoy the occasional company of another canine friend to play with.
I'm Looking For:
A warm, loving home filled with affection
A comfy spot by the fire or in the heart of the holiday spirit
Another playful dog to be my companion and best friend
A family, especially with children or playful elves, to share my love and joy
A lifetime of loyalty, cuddles, and shared adventures
If you're looking for a Christmas spirit all year long, a loyal and loving companion, and a best friend who will make every day feel like a holiday, I might be the perfect match for you! Let's make memories that last a lifetime! 🎄

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
