This sweet boy has emerged from a past that lacked comfort, and now he's experienced the warmth and safety of a kind atmosphere. Despite his reserved nature, Basil is quite trusting and has thrived in care. He lives in a foster home with kids and is thriving.
Basil will thrive in a home with another feline friend who can help him adjust to his new surroundings. As an indoor-only cat, Basil will appreciate the serenity and safety of a cozy, enclosed environment.
Basil longs for a family who will give him the time to come out of his shell and show his affectionate heart. Given patience and love, he rewards you with his loyalty and gentle purrs. Make him part of your family, and watch him blossom into the confident and content kitty he is.

Medical notes
Basil has a sensitive stomach and needs to fed dry food only - he is currently on Royal Canin Indoor Cat Food Dry.
Hills Microbiome Dry would also be beneficial for his sensitive tummy as this supports growth of beneficial gut bacteria to maintain digestive health.
Adoption details

Shortlisted adopters will be contacted to arrange a meet & greet with the animal. **Depending on our foster's availability
We do follow-ups throughout the life of the animal
In the event that you are unable to care for the animal anymore, you must contact us to seek verbal advice
Some animals will require mandatory enrollment to professional training/behaviorist - this will be noted on the animal's profile & adoption agreement, we will require proof of enrollment before we are able to complete the adoption process/transfer of ownership
