About Cindy
Meet Cindy, the adorable Chihuahua with a heart full of love and a personality that melts hearts. At 4 and a half years old, Cindy is a calm and gentle soul who's ready to find a new family. Although she might be a little anxious at first, her true personality unfolds as she settles in. Soon, you'll discover a social and happy little girl who thrives on pats and affection.
Cindy is excellent with dogs her own size, as she loves the companionship and camaraderie of her canine pals. However, she can be quite frightened around larger dogs. Cindy is also happily uninterested in cats, making her a flexible addition to any pet-friendly home.
Cindy's ideal day involves exploring the yard with dogs of her own size, taking some long naps, leisurely walks, and some well-deserved attention and pats. She is the perfect companion for anyone seeking a calm, loving presence in their life.
If you're searching for a small-breed dog who's big on love and devotion, look no further than Cindy. She’s eagerly waiting to bring her joy and warmth to a family that can appreciate the gentle, delightful nature she has to offer.
Medical notes
Cindy had a dental scale and clean with some extractions. At the time of desexing, it was noted that the conjunctivas appeared red and swollen which may have been due to conjunctivitis or allergies. To be monitored and may require further treatment
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
