About Tye
Tye is a sweet and gentle boy who is ready to find his forever family! With a little patience and understanding, he shows a heart full of love and potential. Tye tends to be cautious around new experiences and people, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate nature shines through.
Tye loves to check in with his handlers and seeks comfort and reassurance from them. He thrives on a calm, confident presence. While he may be apprehensive at first, he shows curiosity and a desire to approach once he feels safe. Tye has a preference for females but can warm up to men given time and a gentle touch. He benefits from handlers who advocate for him in social settings.
Tye generally enjoys the company of other dogs but can take time to warm up. He appreciates reassurance from his handler during these interactions. He would be best in a home without cats. While he can be sweet around kids, we recommend a home with children aged 13 and up, as younger children may not understand his need for space.
His ideal family will be patient and understanding, willing to provide him the time he needs to feel comfortable and loved.
Tye is a loving soul who is looking for someone to understand his unique needs. With the right support and a nurturing environment, he has the potential to become an incredible companion. If you're calm, confident, and ready to provide a little extra love and reassurance, Tye will reward you with a lifetime of loyalty and affection.
