Known for being loyal, intelligent and strong-willed, the Shiba Inu is one of Japan's oldest pure-bred dogs. Their unique vocalisations and cat-like approach to hygiene make them the perfect family companion.

Now....onto our Tiger, lets just say he is still in his angsty teenage phase. At just over 7 months old Tiger is just coming into adolescence and is still finding his manners.

Tiger came into our care a little over a month ago as a stray and is now ready to find his forever family.

Tiger would love to go home with an energetic young family who are willing to put up with his crazy antics! Tiger would love to go home with young children, as long as they are okay with him jumping and smothering them with kisses!

Tiger has done with well meeting other dogs here in the shelter, and would be okay to go home with another dog, he would also do just fine being the only dog in the household.

Tiger will require some ongoing training whilst he is still young to help him master all his skills, but he loves his food, and is a very quick learner! He will no doubt be mastering all his other skills in no time.
