Hello, darling humans.

Allow me to introduce myself—I'm Inez, the delightfully dappled tortoiseshell with a penchant for both mischief and naps. Oh yes, I'm a kitten of many talents. At first glance, you may think I’m all sweetness and soft paws, but trust me, there’s a fiery little spark under this dappled exterior. Once I’ve deemed you worthy (don’t worry, it doesn’t take long—I’m very generous with my affections), I’ll dazzle you with my expert mouse-hunting skills. Toy mice, of course. Let’s not get too dramatic.

I particularly enjoy the art of the cat wand—have you tried it? It’s utterly thrilling. You wave it, I pounce. Everyone applauds. Well, in my head they do. After all, who wouldn’t adore a tiny, graceful huntress like me? And when the curtain falls on my playtime performances, I retreat to a cozy nook for a well-earned nap. Being this fabulous is exhausting.

Oh, and about my looks—yes, I know. The tortoiseshell coat? Stunning. The dappled nose? Adorable, I’m told. But don’t let the beauty distract you; there’s a clever little mind behind these big, soulful eyes. I’m also great with kids. My human’s nieces and nephew adore me, and I tolerate their admiration with all the grace of a benevolent queen.

My sister Hilary is also available for adoption. She’s… fine, I suppose. Actually, she’s pretty great, but let’s not let it go to her head. If you’re wise enough to adopt us together, I promise we’ll entertain you endlessly with our sibling shenanigans. If not, I’m happy to make new friends, be they human, feline, or even canine—so long as they recognize that I’m in charge.
