About Joya
*In foster care in Marrickville, Sydney*
A playful lovebug, Joya landed on her paws in foster care after being found as a stray with her three kitten sisters - and now it's time to find her the purrfect home!
This sweet and curious girl enjoys hanging out with her favourite humans, instantly purring the moment they start patting her :) She's a bit of a clown too, making them laugh with her funny jumping style and her sad meows when she wakes up, as if it's truly the end of her little world!
Joya will be happiest in a calm home with adults only or children of at least school age, and she also loves other cats.
Like all Maggie's pets, Joya is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be fairy quiet and serene, without too much hustle and bustle. When you've got friends over I'll probably retreat to another room, or maybe (if I'm feeling brave) hop up onto my cat tree and observe from a safe distance!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a pretty typical kitten - equal parts zoomy and snoozy :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids of at least school age (5+) who'll respect my space will be the best match for me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Great for cats - I adore them!
I'm untested with dogs at this stage, but willing to give it a go.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
