Rusty is a handsome boy looking for a loving new home. Rusty has a very sweet nature and can be a bit shy at times but once he's comfortable around you there is no avoiding his enthusiastic, loving licks.

Rusty is crate trained if needed, is house trained and well behaved. He is used to children and is good even around food. He is fine around dogs and farm animals (untested with cats) and has good recall. He's still a bit unsure about travelling in cars but is getting better... Rusty is actually a bit of a home body and doesn't mind being left at home for a while if you need to go out. He is pretty energetic and will thrive if he can go out for walks twice a day and maybe have a play session with you or another dog if you have one. He's still a bit socially awkward around some dogs and is not sure how the get them to play with him yet. Regular socialisation with friendly dogs will hopefully help him learn doggy etiquette.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
