Introducing cute Samba. This gorgeous girl is a loving pup with a playful and snuggly nature. She lives for cuddles, kisses, and to be near to her humans - when she's not playing with her siblings, that is. Samba has a pawsome personality and we are sure will make a wonderful addition to her new household.
Samba's breed mix includes Staffordshire Bull Terrier and she will likely grow into a medium sized adult dog. She will thrive a home with someone around most of the time while she settles in and preferably for the first few months in her new family, with time to dedicate to playtimes, training and including her in general family life.
Samba will blossom into a pawsome family member if her new owners can provide the following:
• Basic obedience (and lots of practice over time). Puppy training is very important. Having an untrained, out of control puppy can lead to many issues as pup grows up. Some effort early on will result in a happy, obedient dog who understands routine and boundaries... and it's fun too!
• Exercise out of the yard (once fully vaccinated) - exercise is vital for pups, helping both physical and mental stimulation. It encourages routine and good behaviour, and helps pup use up their abundant energy, so that they relax at home.
• Socialisation - this is providing your pup with positive, safe opportunities to meet new dogs, people, other animals and situations, within the critical socialisation period of 3 - 16 weeks, during which time pups are curious, confident and receptive to new things. Well socialised puppies develop skills that will shape their behaviour and personality into adulthood. Puppy classes - where the puppy attendees will be vaccinated - are ideal for this.
If you'd love to welcome handsome Samba or one of her littermates into your family please follow the instructions above to apply.
NOTE - if renting, we may request proof of permission to keep a dog at your property. Please ensure everyone in your household is on board with adopting a pup before applying.
